Here, please note the codes of the crankshaft main journal and connecting rod journal. The main journal is MAIN JOURNAL, choose M as the code, and the connecting rod journal PIN JOURNAL, choose P as the code.
At the same time, taking the crankshaft of a four-stroke engine as an example, there are 5 main journals and 4 connecting rod journals on the crankshaft. We name the main journals and connecting rod journals closest to the mandrel end as M1 and P1, and the other main journals and connecting rod journals are respectively are M2\M3\M4\M5 and P2\P3\P4.
